DERMA EXOSOME AGE ® Anti-aging treatment based on exosomes

What are Exosomes and How Do They Work?

Exosomes are tiny vesicles (30 to 150 nanometers) released by various cells in the body. They play a key role in communication between cells by transporting molecules like proteins, lipids, mRNA, and microRNA. Exosomes are formed inside cells through a process called exosome biogenesis and are released into the environment. Once outside the cell, they can interact with other cells either by fusing with their membrane or by being absorbed.

Exosomes, especially those from mesenchymal stem cells, are being researched for their potential in regenerative medicine and cosmetics. They show promise in promoting tissue regeneration, cell growth, and differentiation. In skincare, exosomes are used to enhance skin elasticity and reduce signs of aging.

Benefits of Exosome Treatments

Exosome treatments are gaining attention in regenerative medicine and dermatology. These tiny vesicles are packed with proteins, lipids, RNA, and other molecules that support cellular regeneration and tissue repair. For skin treatments, exosomes can help improve skin elasticity, reduce wrinkles and scars, and stimulate collagen and elastin production due to their anti-inflammatory properties.

Composition of the Derma Exosome Age Skin Booster cocktail

(face exosomes, skin exosomes, hair exosomes)

Citrus reticulata Fruit extract + Citrus Reticolata + Fruit Juice Vescicles are a patented set of Exosomes: A precious and rare mandarin that grows on the island of Jesu in Korea, with pure air and water that flows from the rocky substrate of a volcano. In vivo and in vitro efficacy studies on exosomes derived from this fruit have demonstrated the following effects:

  1. Anti-Wrinkle: through the inhibition of specific proteases that leads to an increase in collagen and elastin levels;
  2. Soothing: through the inhibition of the synthesis of inflammatory substances (TNF-α, IL-6 and NO);
  3. Moisturising: for the increase in the production of hyaluronic acid at the skin level.

Sodium Hyaluronate: With a hydrating, revitalizing, elasticizing and firming action;

Glutathione: (Bio-Tripeptide composed of glycine + glutamate + cysteine) acts as a powerful antioxidant especially when working in synergy with selenium, B3, B6 and E. Gives brightness, tone and elasticity;

Acetyl Hexapeptide-30: modulates the function of the neuromuscular synapse, decreasing muscle contractions. By relaxing the facial muscles, it fights expression lines and the formation of deep wrinkles, smoothing the surface of the skin and exposing a youthful appearance.

Acetyl Octapeptide-3: also called Argireline, significantly decreases muscle contractions to give a lifting effect. Influences the process of muscle contraction, giving the face a more relaxed and wrinkle-free appearance;

Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1: stimulates the production of collagen, reduces wrinkles and keeps the skin toned;

Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7: acts on keratinocytes to reduce the secretion of interleukin 6 (IL6). Maintains the cellular balance of the skin and minimizes the inflammatory response. As a result, it is effective in improving the firmness and elasticity of the skin. It also acts as a cellular messenger, stimulating the synthesis of collagen (types I, II, IV) and elastin in the skin, contributing to the regeneration of collagen fibers.

Arginine: promotes the dilation of capillaries. L-Arginine is essential for the creation of nitric oxide in the human body, which directly helps improve microcirculation.
