DERMA PN & PDRN ® Nucleotide and Polynucleotide-Based Treatment

DERMA PN & PDRN ® Nucleotide and Polynucleotide-Based Treatment

Derma-PN & PDRN Solution is an advanced anti-wrinkle facial treatment formulated with nucleotides, polynucleotides, hyaluronic acid, trehalose and allantoin to support deep skin rejuvenation. Designed to improve the overall appearance of facial skin, the formula helps enhance hydration, elasticity and tone while promoting a smoother, firmer and more radiant complexion.

Powered by the synergistic action of Sodium DNA, Hydrolyzed DNA and Hydrolyzed RNA, this treatment works beyond the surface to support cellular regeneration and strengthen the dermal structure. By encouraging collagen and elastin synthesis, it helps reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles while restoring a youthful, luminous look to the skin.

Its blend of regenerative and hydrating actives also helps improve skin density, moisture retention and resilience, making it ideal for dull, dehydrated or ageing skin in need of revitalisation.

DERMA PN & PDRN ® Nucleotide and Polynucleotide-Based Treatment

Advanced Regenerative Support

Hydrolyzed DNA and Hydrolyzed RNA are low molecular weight fragments designed to penetrate the skin more effectively, supplying essential nucleotides that assist with skin repair and renewal. Combined with antioxidant and soothing ingredients such as trehalose, allantoin and sodium hyaluronate, the formula also helps protect against environmental stress, calm irritation and support long-term skin health.

Derma PN & PDRN Solution Composition

Sodium DNA (Type of “PN” Polynucleotide): Used in aesthetics for its regenerative properties, helping improve skin texture, elasticity, hydration and the appearance of wrinkles. It supports cellular repair processes, collagen synthesis (including activation of purinergic receptors), and provides nucleotide bases essential for normal cellular function, making it valuable in anti-ageing and tissue regeneration treatments.

Hydrolyzed RNA (Type of “PN” Polynucleotide): Valued for regenerative benefits and its role as a messenger molecule that can modulate gene expression. It helps promote new collagen and elastin synthesis to maintain firm, smooth skin. Often combined with hydrolyzed DNA to form polynucleotides (PDRN), it supports deep skin regeneration, tissue repair, restoration of intercellular space and protein synthesis involved in repair processes. It also helps counteract environmental damage such as ultraviolet radiation and air pollution. A 2024 clinical study highlighted its important role in skin wound healing.

Hydrolyzed DNA (Type of “PDRN” Polydeoxyribonucleotide): A functional active ingredient that supports skin regeneration, collagen synthesis, dermal elasticity and wrinkle reduction. It helps improve hydration, radiance and overall skin appearance while providing antioxidant support, making it particularly effective for enhanced regenerative treatments.

Trehalose: Known for anti-ageing benefits as a moisturiser and antioxidant. It helps protect the skin from environmental damage and oxidative stress, and has been studied for its potential role in supporting wound healing. It is commonly combined with ingredients such as hyaluronic acid to enhance regenerative and anti-ageing effects.

Allantoin: Offers soothing, moisturising and cellular regenerative properties by supporting cell production. It is particularly suited to improving the appearance of scars and signs of ageing, while helping accelerate tissue repair and reduce skin irritation.

Sodium Hyaluronate: A non-cross-linked form of hyaluronic acid used for skin biorevitalisation. It helps improve hydration, tone and elasticity, and is naturally metabolised by the body, making it well suited to rejuvenation treatments that enhance the skin’s intrinsic water-retaining properties.
